error message

I am using entourage 2004 w/all updates on an imac g5 w/ tiger. I
recently starting receiving the error message -no such message;could
not retrieve mail; error -16999- when there is messages in my box. i
can go to mac mail and retrieve them but not in entourage.

try this Error -16999

Solution: Try using account with secure password selected and no
selected.

In the Account window, select "Click here for advanced receivin
options button".
Toggle "Always use secure password"
Try to receive mail again.
