after loading occice xp professional I keep getting error
messaage ' ocraware ' programme shutdown

Hi Sheila,

Ocraware is part of an OCR (optical character recognition)
program add-in as part of Omnipage. It may have been
provided with your scanner.

You may need to uninstall it, update it,
or use
Start=>Run=>MSconfig
and remove it from the Load= line of Win.ini
