Error Message

Everytime I open up an XP office program (Word, Power
Ponit, etc.)I get an error message that says "Compile
error in hidden module: AutoExc" everytime I open. I have
to click on OK and then Word for exapmle will work and
everytime I close out of something it gives me the error
again, and I have to click OK. What is this??? PLS HELP
