Why is it that several times during the day when I go to
close a document (word or excel) it get this Microsoft
error message saying its goint to shut down?

I only get it when I close a document and I don't get it
all the time.

Someone said that maybe I needed to re-install my printer
driver. Sometimes it happens when I try to
print...sometimes it just happens when I am closing.
