I get the following error message when I click on to MS
word: Winword-This program has performed an illegal
operaion and will be shut down. If the problem persists
contact the program vendor. Module MS09.dll
@018f:3090551a I have reinstalled MS word disc that came
with my gateway computer and I have installed all the
updates from MS, no help. I have also run norton anti
virus and still no help and no virus. Suggestions? Thanks
