I get an Error Message:
"The printer has not yet responded, but the microsoft office program may be
able to proseed without printer information. Do you want to continue to wait
for the printer?"
What is it?

At times I can be into a word attachment from an email and it takes 4-5
minutes to open and I receive this message. Word is constantly freezing when
I go to print.
