Meg

everytime I open outlook I get the message:
windows no-disk Exception processing message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c
repeated 3 times and I have to click cancel 3 times for it to go away.
What can I do to get rid of it?

Hi, Meg,

I've found one reference to QuickTime, with a possible fix:

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93687

If that doesn't help, I would consider doing a scandisk to check your disk
for errors. I would also then defragment the hard drive, clean out the
temporary folders (c:\windows\temp, for example). Then try reinstalling
Outlook.

If none of that helps, post back with what version of Outlook and Windows
you are running adn what you have tried to resolve the issue.
