Error message

I am using office 2007 and recently when I send emails a message appears on
the top of it - 1024x768 Clean false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE
MicrosoftInternetExplorer4. Does anyone know what this is, why it happens
and more importantly how to remove?
