When attempting to reinstall Office 2000 I get Error
Message 1312 telling me that the program can't install
C:/Windows/ShellNew since there is already a file by that
name on the computer and I should delete or rename it.
The problem is that I can't find any such file and, until
I do, can't reinstall the programs. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks
