Error Message

Every time I start Outlook I receive the following error
message "The add-in "C:\PROGRA~\Hotbar\bin\450~1.0
\SBOLExt.dll" could not be installed or loaded. It then
tells me "Unable to load". I get a similiar message
telling me Outlook is unable to load a file
named "Redemption.dll".

I understand this is due to an add-on (Hotbar) which I
removed, and I know Outlook is trying to load a Hotbar
dll file I deleted, but how do I get Outlook to stop
attempting to load these two files?

Remove the addin from Tools>Options>other>Advanced Options>Add-in Manager or
COM Add-ins
