Error Message

Out of the blue I get this error message when trying to
open or save a form and the help does not work for this:

"Error Accessing File. Network connection may have been
lost."

I know it is pretty vague but I do not have a clue why
this is happening all of a sudden. It started after I
installed Microsoft's FrontPage maybe that could be the
problem I do not know.

Could someone give me some suggestions or even a possible
solution.

Your database is corrupt. Create a new, blank
database. Import all the components on the bad
database. Recompile. If you get a msg while
copying one of the components in, delete it and
recreate it from scratch, or pull in a previous
creation of it.

It is a fairly serious corruption.
