Error Message

I tried to download an email and the following error
message appeared:

Wordpad has caused an error in MSWRD832.CNV

Can some please tell me what this means and what I can do
about it?

Hi Brenda,

Do you have Word? If so then it could be your file association for
*.doc files is registered to WordPad instead of Word. Try recreating
the file associations for Word and see if that resolves the problem.
Go to Start/Run and run:

winword /r

Note the space before the forward slash.
