ERROR MESSAGE

I am having a problem everytime I try to access Word.My PC
does not allow me to open Word. It gives me a default
status.Does anyone have a soluiton to this problem.

I just updated my Word 2002 SR-1 and now when I open it

I get an error message and it shuts down. Sounds like we
may have same problem. Did you get any answer?
