Error message

I

I've a form with a subform. The subform uses as a data source a query. In
the query, choosing a product from a drop down list fills in data in many of
the other fields in the query. This is what I expect. If I open only the
subform, the same thing occurs. Still happy. When I open the form and try to
do the same thing in the subform, I get the following error message: The
current field must match the join key <name> in the table that serves as the
'one' side of one-to-many relationship. (Error 3341). I think it may have
something to do with the Microsoft DAO 3.6 Object Library which I just
recently registered, but I'm not sure. Could really use some help on this
one.
