One of the users is attempting to attach a pdf file using an Access 2003
form. The user selects the field on the form, then goes to the menu 'Insert
Object' and creates from file and selects the icon checkbox. Now the user

is getting the following error message when they do the 'Insert > Object' .

The operation on the OLE object failed.
The OLE server may not be registered.
To register the OLE server, reinstall it.

Has anyone seen this message before? If so, what was done to correct it?
