Error Message

Upon closing Office 2003: Excel, Outlook, & Word I
receive the following error message:

Microsoft Visual Basic

Compile error in hidden module: AutoExecNew

Nothing else occurs, the program shuts down ok and
everything appears to work ok other than the nuisance of
the constant message.

HELP is no help as I am not a VB programmer. Suggestions?
Nothing on the MS Knowledge Base.
