Error message

Excel 2000 - Try to save workbook as Excel 97 - 2000 &
5.0/95. Receive error message " An error occurred and
this feature is no longer functioning properly. Would you
like to repair the feature now?" If you say YES I get
an "Internal Error 2709." Does anyone know how to
determine what feature the error message is referring to
and how to repair the issue
