error messages 17092 and 17099

Can anybody please help me?

A few weeks ago I updated Entourage 2004 and ever since then I've been
receiving two error messages. The first one reads "Error: need
user@domain at <e>, Explanation: mail could not be sent. Error 17099.
The second one reads "Error: not our customer. Explanation: Cannot send
mail. The SMTP server does not recognize any of the authentication
methods supported by Entourage. Try changing the SMPT authentication
option in Account settings or contact your network administrator. Error
17092." On the upside, despite what the error message read, I can send
and receive e-mails but the messages are quite annoying. I don't know
how to change the account settings nor would I know what to change them
to and I would really like to get rid of these messages. So, if anyone
can give me some guidance, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

This error is coming from your ISP. If you contact them they should be able
to help you.

This error usually involves relaying or sending to large groups. Is the SMTP
info you entered your ISP?
