Error messages as try to upload Nero CD

I am trying to install a CD-RW drive on my PC. I bought a
package that includes a Nero 5 Burning Rom. However, it
never works. The error message comes up:

Error No. Ox80070725, Incompatible Version of the RPC Stub.

I have no idea what this means, but this seems to be
connected to the MS Word program or MS 2000 Office program
I have installed.

What should I do? Thanks.
