error messages on send/recieve email

when I try to send/recieve e-mail I get an error (0X800CC35) message that my
server cant process the request. it also states that I may not have cookies
enabled for my servers domain. and then it says the servier responded
"method not allowed." I have checked my cookies and privacy settings and
they're set appropriately. Please help thanks

HI Dee,
so maybe you use a firewall. If you use Hotmail to send/recieve, there is an
Cookie you have to allow.
If you dont you cant send/receive!
So please activate cookies in your browser settings.
And be sure that your firewall let outlook through°
