Error Messages Since Getting Microsoft Updates to OutLook Express

Since installing MS security updates I'm getting two error messages:
1) During start-up, I'm getting "Accessibility: Unable to load
Enable4.vxd module.
2) When trying to open Outlook Express, I'm getting "Cannot start OE
because
cannot open MSOE.dll."
3) When I try to use MS Outlook as a temporary work-around to retrieve
my e-mail,
it cannot find my Address Book.
Found a similar problem outlined under support regarding someone deleting
their address book, but I haven't done that. Anybody having the same
problems and have any suggestions? Thanks Much...

Which updates?
I'm getting two error messages:
1) During start-up, I'm getting "Accessibility: Unable to load
Enable4.vxd module.

Ask in a Windows newsgroup or remove the accessibility options with Control
Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Add/Remove Windows Components.
2) When trying to open Outlook Express, I'm getting "Cannot
start OE because
cannot open MSOE.dll."

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
3) When I try to use MS Outlook as a temporary work-around to
retrieve my e-mail,
it cannot find my Address Book.

Outlook generally doesn't use the Windows Address Book. If you are using
Outlook 2000 in Internet Mode Only, there is an option in WAB that can
enable sharing the WAB with Outlook.
