error messages

I cannot open my e-mail. i have tried everything, closing firewall, updating
windows, freeing disc space, defrag, ran adware, everything. Its stuck on
second message, saying connection timed out. Help! Thank you

"Connection timed out" means that outlook has tried to connect to the
mailserver but didn't succeed in given time.
Check your network cables and hardware, check your internet connection
settings and check your mailserver settings.

Sounds like an ill-formed message on the server. If your ISP has a web mail
interface available, use it to open your mailbox and remove the badly-formed
message. Then try Outlook again. Make sure you turn off any mail scanning
by your antivirus program.
