I continue to get error messages as follows can you please help?

It doesn't sound like this has much to do with Publisher. When I Google
ddcman.exe:

"DDCMAN.exe is an application which is associated with the "Wild
Tangent GameChannel": Wild Tangent is a software application which makes it
possible to play
games via the Internet. You can solve this problem by uninstalling Wild
Tangent via the
"Add/Remove Software" function in the Control Panel "
