I purchased the 2007 Microsoft Office Small Business program update and
installed it. THEN, I could not synchronize my Palm so I called for support.
They led me to remove a Microsoft update 2.0 (cannot remember exactly).
This resolved the issue with my Palm.
BUT NOW, whenever I respond to an email, the Microsoft Office Small Business
2007 TRIAL version wants to install. I get an ERROR:1719 and it says:
The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you
are running Windows in Safe Mode or if the Windows Installer is not correctly
installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.
THEN, I get another message with MSWordMUI English 2007 at the top of the
box. It says: This form requires Word as your email editor, but Word is
either busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook
Editor instead.
THEN, I get another message with Windows Internet Explorer at the top of the
box. It says: One or more Active X Controls could not be displayed because
either: 1. Your current security settings prohibits running ActiveX
controls 2. You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls. As a
result, the page may not display correctly.
WOULD YOU PLEASE HELP me resolve all of these Error Message. It is an
aggravation. Thanks.
