Error messge 0x800CCC0F Connection to the server was interrupted-H

hello, I cannot connect to the server and send or receive emails. I have
made no changes to my Microsoft Outlook. The following message is what I
receive.
The connection to the server was interrupted, error message (0x800CCC0F).
Can you help?

Try and disable your email scanning by your Anti Virus or Security Suite and test
