Error msg 1305 for Office 2000 & correction to previous post

I have a version of Office 2000 I have been using with
Windows Millenium edition on my desktop computer. I
would now like to use this on my Laptop with Windows XP.
I get error msg 1305 "VSFLEX3.OCS" is missing. Where can
get this file?
