Error msg - Cannot find Access 2007 database

When attempting to log onto an Access 2007 database with the
Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0., Visual Basic displays an error messages
saying it can't find the database. The database was upgraded from Access
2000 to Acccess 2007. Does someone have any ideas?
