error msg on opening Outlook 2003

uninstalled something called Spamblocker...
now when i open Outlook there's an error msg...
something about unable to install or load
C:\progra~1\spambl~1\bin\471~1.0\sbolext.dll...
says it can be resolved with detect & repair...
but that doesn't work..
and a registry cleaner showed no mention of this file

help ???

Have you tried deleting your Extend.DAT file?

should it automatically be re-created
when i re-open outlook
without the problematic references ???
