Error Msg On Text Import

Hi all,
I am trying to import a fixed-width text file into my
access database. I am getting the following error -
'Searchkey not found' and 'Invalid Argument file was not
imported' when I try to import the file.
What do these error msgs mean? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
