Error Msg : ":\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll" can not be ins

Whenever opening outlook I recieve the following error msg.

The add in C:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved by using detect and repair in the help
menu.

I have tried to use detect and repair with no success, I have also
reinstalled Office 2003 with no success, someone please help me.

The msg says it all, Its a problem with McAfee AV which you have/had
installed.
Check OL addins and untick the McAfee entry, or uninstall/Reinstall McAfee
AV email scanning
