I am a college student currently taking an Access class
in school. I have installed Excel 97 & Access 97 on my
home computer, which uses Windows XP. In order to
complete my assignments, we download files from
www.course.com, depending on what textbook we are using.
I used this process when I was in Excel class, and had no
problems opening or using these files. I am, however,
receiving the forementioned error message when I try to
open the Access files. Can somebody please help me??? I
am quite familiar with computers, and some of the lingo,
but if someone could explain any steps to me
in "laymen's" terms, it would be greatly appreciated.
