Error msgs on opening reports

I am using Windows 2000 Server and Office 2000 products. When any local
machine tries to open a report in datasheet view, I am getting the following
error messages:

The instruction at "0x77fcd3ad" referenced memeory at "0x00000000".The
memory coud not be written.

The instruction at "0x77ff886ac" referenced memeory at "0x0x3fffff8".The
memory coud not be written.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Compact and repair your database, make sure you are running the latest
service packs for windows and office.
