Error: Must use the Project Workplace Templace. ??

I trying to run the Sharepoint Config Wizard to add the
Project Workspace template and I'm getting the error,

"Error: Must use the Project Workplace Templace. Ensure
that the Template has been installed into the correct
directory."

I thought that was what I was tryint to do with the wizard.

Where is the template and where does it go and what's up
with this error message?

Must use ThisMachineName\administrator as the owner

administrator by itself won't do.
