Error: No printer found.

Hi:

Can you please tell me HOW do I solve the above error; the printer is
there
- Lexmark Z82 - and I can print test page; is something wrong with the
registry; I unistalled and reinstalled the drivers, printer, but still
no
luck?!

Also, I cannot print from other docs. as well?! I have XP home and MS
Office 2003.
