Error "Not Implemented" in Outlook 2007 when sending

I get an error in Outlook 2007 that is listed below when sending, replying or
forwarding emails. This did not happen at first. I used the new product for
about a month and then this error started to occur.

The error has a bix red X and the words: Not Implemented

Any help would be appreciated.
