outlook express 6 The connection to the server has
failed. Protocol: SMTP, port 25, secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

I have been sending and recieving email to this address
for a couple years. Suddenly I can only recieve, not
send. Anyone able to help?
