Error Occured warning

I have a error warning when i start up my computer. I run
W98 and the error reads.

Memory access violation in module kernel32 at
3414:85637118. Can someone tell me what that means and how
do i fix it?... I have no idea as i'm not a computer
wizzard. Thanks Jenny

You are in the wrong newsgroup. This one is about Microsoft Access
Databases (part of Office). You may get a better help from a newsgroup about
windows 98, microsoft.public.win98.setup, as example.
