"Error occurred while checking spelling" OUTLOOK 2000

HI,
when I send an e-mail and check the spelling this error message
appears: "Error occurred while checking spelling", but it´s appears
only with my user account(Win2000), i proved doing the same in other
user account and the spelling checker it´s ok. If anyone knows the
solution, please contact to me. thanks!
