Error occurred while checking spelling

Getting message 'error occurred while checking spelling'

This message will come up when sending message and automatic spell check
tries to run or just doing manual spell check (F7).

I am not aware of any changes done that may have affected the spell check
function on my system.

I too am having this exact same error issue. However, in my case, the IT guy
had just reinstalled Office and this problem started. Never had it before.
If anyone knows how to correct this, please respond.
