Error Occurred

When I go to open Outlook, a notice pops up that says error occured, please
try outlook again later. At the bottom of that message box there's an option
to send an error report or send later. I finally unistalled Microsoft Office
and then reinstalled it, but I'm still getting the same message. Any
suggestions on this???

All the settings are correct, but I've notice that mail was coming through
this morning, then while it was sending/ recieving (trying to pull mail), it
stopped at 50%, then this box popped up. Do you think we've ran out of GB
space for this person. Can we enlarge the space somehow???

Outlook 2003 PST size limit is quite large. You could store a huge amount of
mail in it, 20 GB or so.

It could be that someone has attempted to send a large attachment through.
What do you see when you check your godaddy email online?

This email account in question has a lot of mail stored in it. It needs to
be cleaned out. On another occassion my bosses email was large. The storage
limit was 18GB and it had to be expanded to hold all her mail, but i dont
know how the tech did it, thats why i figured this could be the case with
this one. When I looked into this account email through GoDaddy, there are
about 20 emails waiting to come through and maybe 2 of them have attachments.
