I have a report, with a main section and 5 subreports, which returns all my
records in a licensing database. This report runs perfectly! Because I
wanted a report that only opened a specified record, I copied the report (and
the query used to generate the report) and tested that they too returned all
of the records, which they did. I then renamed the report
(rptLicensingIndividualRecord) and the query (qryLicensingIndividualRecord)
and entered [which record?] in the criteria line in the new query. That is
the only difference!
Now, I get the message "ODBC-Failed" and when I select "OK" it will run the
selected report, but it is missing one of the subforms. I double checked to
make sure the particular record did in fact have data.
Can anyone else think of something that I can check?
Thanks.
