Error on close

Everytime i close Excel 2007 the ERT pops up, giving me the option to report
this specific error and restart the program.

Does anybody else experience the same problem or is there any solution?

Try deleting all previous personal.xls, book.xlt, sheet.xlt from your
xlStart folder. If that doesn't work, try unloading all add-ins and then
see if this stops
