Error on Compact and Repair

I'm trying to compact and repair and I'm getting this error message...
"tableTEMPMSysAccessObjects already exist"
Anyone know what this means?
Thanks

The error indicates that there is a problem with the database.

The best solution will be to create a new (blank) database, and import
everything. The new database will then have all the objects from the old
one, but it won't have the problem.

If you need more detail on how to do this, post back and tell us what
version you are using.

Thanks Allen, I did that. And the new db works fine. But I'm still kind of
wondering what the Error means.
Thanks

Access creates temp tables while compacting. At the end of the operation, it
normally deletes these. If something goes wrong with the operation and the
table does not get deleted, next time it tries to create the table, it
fails, and so you get the error message.

Thaks Allen, Sounds simple enough. I was messing with crosstabs and thats
when it happened.
Thanks
