Error on editing an image

Hi,

everytime I try to edit an image inside my word 2003 document, I get an
error telling:

The server application, source file or item cannot be found. Make sure the
application is properly installed, and that is has not been deleted, moved,
or renamed.

What does that mean? And how can I fix that?

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the Office
Plugin that comes with it. See

Thank you garfield-n-odie. But I'm using Trend Micro Office Scan... And I
never had this problem before, although having created many Word documents
before.
