Error on install

I have been having a problem trying to add Access 2000 to my Office 2000 suite. I currently have Word, Excel, and Publisher installed and all works fine. When I run setup, to add Access, when the install is nearly complete, I receive the following error message..
"Error 1911. Could not register type library for file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\msowc.dll" as well as C:\....\msaccq.olb. The installation then terminates. Any help would be greatly appreciated
