Error on Installation of BCM 2007

When installing from the CD, I get an immediate error, MSO SBS Wizard
has encountered a Problem and needs to close...

All I can do is send an error report, and here is part of it.
I did manage to install SQL Express with an instance MSSMLBIZ and it
completed successfully.

Any clues on what to do? Outlook 2007 is installed and running, SQL
express is installed and running. I've turned off anti-virus,
firewall, have all latest MS updates. I've got no problems with
Office.

If wizard.exe blows up before showing any UI, that's usually a problem
with .NET. Uninstall and reinstall .NET and try again.
