Error on loading switchboard

Hello,
I have a switchboard that I have set to open using the
Startup function under tools. I have 5 users for this
database currently. It works fine on all but one PC. On
one PC it gives a run-time error (Method 'Connection' of
object '_CurrentProject' failed). All users have a fairly
standard configuration (Office 2000, Win2000). I used the
switchboard manager to add all items. I am about to roll
this out to a large number of users and want to fix this
now.
