Error on Open/Tools/Find in Word 2000

K

Ken

Every time I attempt to do an Open/Tools/Find in Word 2000
on Windows 98, I get the following error:

"This program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program
vendor."

Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is a
work-around?

Thanks
Ken
