Error on open

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2007 on XPSP2.

Virtually every time I open it I get an error message the Personal folder
did not close properly and is being checked for errors. I have tried every
possible solution suggested and nothing works. Why doesn't Microsoft fix
this problem? It is absolutely ridiculous. I have seen many other posts
with the same problem, but never seen an actual working solution.

This is as bad as the problem with HP all-in-one printers and Word 2007 that
has been in existence for more than two years, with no fix, just a
ridiculous, cumbersome and unacceptable workaround that doesn't even always
work.

Any solutions that may actually fix the problem?

Something you have on your computer isn't allowing Outlook to close properly.

Office 2007 SP2 arrives on April 28 and contains a fix that should address at
least some of the occurrences of this problem.
