Error on opening

I have received an error message when I open Outlook Express, I have used it
before but could not seem to connect e-mail with Yahoo.

Now I cannot open...I get the following error message:-

Failed to register a vb script dll. Reinstall or run regsvr32.exe
vbscript.dll to self register.

I have tried to self register but the problem still occures. I would be
most grateful if anyone could help me in this matter as I really do not wish
to reinstall.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
